Human Resources Manager – 5* Hotel Dublin

My client is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join a successful management structure in a luxury 5* property. Candidates must have experience within the Hotel and Hospitality industry.  

There is bonus potential of up to 30% included in the package for this role.

The Role Requirements:

• Represent HR on the Management team, ensuring HR related issues are considered within the overall business strategy.
• Provide guidance and leadership within HR, which includes developing and retaining talent, organizational design, on-boarding, employee relations, developing reward schemes, learning & development and effectiveness and performance management.
• Manage succession planning and headcount.
• End to end Recruitment and on-boarding processes.
• Maintaining HR Policies, Company Handbook, H&S Statements.
• Advise and participate in disciplinary process/grievance procedures when required, in compliance with legislation, best practice, and company policy and procedures.
• Advise on Employee relations/union negotiations.
• Record and maintain processes on all leave including sickness and absence, annual leave, maternity/paternity, etc.
• Administration of TMS and liaise with the payroll department ensuring all appropriate employee information is processed to support new employee set up, leavers, and management of benefits through payroll such as changes to personal information, pensions etc.

Salary Guide: €60-70k plus bonus
