We are looking for a Hospitality Recruiter to join our team and help identify and recruit top talent for the hospitality industry. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality who is outgoing, driven, organized, and has a keen eye for detail.

As a Hospitality Recruiter, you will play a key role in helping hospitality businesses find the best candidates to join their teams. Your knowledge of the industry, paired with your enthusiasm for recruitment, will ensure that both clients and candidates have a seamless and successful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and place candidates in various hospitality roles across different sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the hospitality industry.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate databases and keep records up to date with detailed and accurate information.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working in the hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, or other sectors).
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Driven and motivated, with a passion for connecting the right talent to the right roles.
• An eye for detail and ability to assess candidates thoroughly.
• Outgoing, personable, and confident in dealing with people at all levels.
• Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
