Hotel Sales Executive NEW

On behalf of our client, a renowned 4 branded hotel* located in the heart of the city center, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious sales professional who is looking to take the next step in their career with a larger, well-established hotel group.

This role is ideal for a Sales Executive looking to step up or a Sales Manager seeking greater exposure within a larger group environment. If you are passionate about sales and hospitality, and eager to grow within a leading hotel group, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue.
• Manage and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet targets.
• Coordinate and support marketing efforts to promote hotel services and offerings.
• Conduct site inspections and presentations for potential clients.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Sales Executive or Sales Manager role within the hospitality industry.
• A strong passion for sales and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a branded or larger hotel group environment is a plus, but not essential.
• A drive to learn and progress within a larger hotel group.
