Chef de Partie – 4 day week

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team with a busy hospitality group in North Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to the hotel’s menu standards.
• Oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering.
• Ensure that food safety standards are adhered to at all times.
• Contribute to menu planning and daily specials.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for food and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

Location: North Dublin
Salary: €38000 depending on experience
