Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets within the property.

• Ensure high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction across all F&B departments.

• Collaborate with department heads to optimize staffing, training, and development initiatives.

• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet financial and operational targets.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team to deliver seamless service in line with brand standards.

• Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and special functions.

• Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably within a hotel setting.
