Receptionist

Location: Wexford

Salary: €30k-€32k

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests.
  • Ensure the front office runs smoothly.
  • Deal with bedroom, restaurant & meeting room enquiries and bookings.
  • Deal with any guest queries/issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Have full product knowledge of the hotel.

 

Candidate:

  • At least 1 years reception experience in a similar hotel environment is essential
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A genuine interest in the hospitality industry
