Floor Supervisor – City Centre Gastro Bar

We are seeking an experienced, customer focused Floor Supervisor to join the team at a busy, well established Gastro Bar in Dublin City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional to lead the team and create exceptional customer experiences. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the floor, ensuring efficient service and high-quality standards.

• Provide hands-on training for new and existing staff on food service standards.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of floor staff to provide exceptional service.

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and

• Address customer complaints and concerns with care and attention, aiming for quick and effective resolutions. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor, in a similar customer-facing role in the food service industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult or high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.

• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
