Meeting & Events Sales Executive Full Time

Title: Meeting & Events Sales Executive – Accommodation Assistance Provided

Location: Tipperary

Salary: €34k

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To ensure all Hotel Policies and Procedures are adhered to as laid out in the Employee Handbook.
• To cover the sales office in the absence of another employee to ensure guests inquiries are answered with a minimal delay. This includes weddings, events, and conferencing.
• Ensure all wedding and event inquiries are converted in a professional, efficient and customer focused manner.
• To ensure attention to detail is of a high standard at all times on paperwork / inquiries.
• To review forms / contracts in line with business needs and suggest changes to improve our services.
• To accurately log all inquiries on to the appropriate logs and reports.
• To work with the sales and operations teams providing any leads or potential sales meeting.
• To Communicate with the sales team / operations team on a daily basis to ensure revised details are passed on in time.
• Responsible for the conversion of wedding and event inquiries in the sales office.
• To give complete and precise information to all potential clients.
• To reply to any questions, requests, or concerns by any potential or provisional inquiries within 24 hours to ensure a positive service journey is received by the clients.
• To enforce, to the best of your ability, the two weeks provisional holding time for weddings.
• To meet all brides and grooms, in person, within six weeks of their wedding day to confirm details and any changes.
• To meet any clients with event inquiries.
• Proactive sales calls – organising meetings for the sales team – proactively getting in business to the sales office – both weddings & events
• To complete wedding statistics on time for inclusion in overall stats. Ensure all details are ready for schedule sales meetings.
• Execute system of key customer feedback and report points of issue.
