Warehouse Supervisor

Our Warehouse and Logistics client based in Dublin 24 are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. The Warehouse Supervisor will supervise road and warehouse staff, maintain inventory accuracy and support overall business operations. 

Role Requirements:

• The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the day-today activities of the warehouse operative.
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Delegate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure daily productivity targets are met.
• Maintaining warehouse organisation.
• Supervise, train and mentor warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety.
• Operating the Reach Truck in a safe manner.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Warehouse Supervisor will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role, or similar.
• A valid Reach Truck License is required.
• A minimum of two years reach truck driving experience is required.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Salary €35,000 – €40,000

Hours 07:00 – 16:00, 10:00 – 19:00
