Broadline Group is one of Ireland’s leading recruitment agencies, providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions across multiple sectors nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and energetic Events Recruiter to join our busy Temporary Division.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a fast-paced desk supplying staff to a variety of events, hospitality venues, conferences, exhibitions, sporting events, concerts and corporate functions.

As an Events Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and coordinating temporary staff to meet client requirements across a range of event-based assignments. Working as part of a high-performing team, you will build and maintain a strong candidate network while delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. No two days are the same, and the successful candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment where organisation, communication and problem-solving are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiter will source, screen and register event and hospitality staff
• Recruiter will build and maintain a strong pool of temporary candidates
• Recruiter will manage staff bookings and shift allocations
• Recruiter will coordinate staffing requirements for events nationwide
• Recruiter will ensure all candidate compliance documentation is completed
• Recruiter will liaise with clients regarding staffing requirements and bookings
• Recruiter will manage candidate availability and scheduling
• Recruiter will conduct reference checks and onboarding processes
• Recruiter will build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Recruiter will maintain accurate records on CRM and internal systems
• Recruiter will support business development activities and identify opportunities for growth
• Recruiter will provide excellent customer service and candidate care

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous recruitment, hospitality, events or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administration and IT skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
