Line Leader – Night Shift

Our client in the FMCG Industry, who is based in North County Dublin, are actively seeking a Line Leader for their night shift. The line leader is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of a food production line in a fast-paced food production environment. This role includes managing the production team, ensuring that targets are met. 

Role Requirements:

• The Line Leader will be responsible for leading a team of production operatives.
• Ensuring that products are meeting company specifications, HACCP and hygiene requirements.
• Providing on the job training in food safety quality, raw material handling and safe working practices.
• Resolving any operational issues and liaise with the maintenance department where required.
• Monitor team Key Performance Indicators, reporting any issues to the production manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Line Leader will have 2+ years in production, ideally in a FMCG background.
• Previous team leader experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards, food safety, and workplace health and safety.
• Strong focus on quality control, with a keen eye for attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Own transport is required for this role. 

Hours: 23:00 – 08:00

Wage: €17.15 per hour

Five over seven shift pattern.
