Facilities Manager Limerick Full Time NEW

Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations for a client of ours. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring that buildings, equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard, coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, managing external contractors and service providers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the mobilisation and delivery of FM contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed scopes, SLAs, KPIs and budgets.
• Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring work is completed on time and to the required standard.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for additional works and contract growth.
• Coordinate Facilities Coordinators, in-house operatives and subcontractors, monitoring service quality, response times and costs.
• Manage contract budgets, invoicing, variations and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure statutory maintenance, health and safety requirements, ISO procedures and compliance documentation are maintained.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and performance reviews, resolving issues and maintaining accurate records.
• Support tender submissions, contract pricing, mobilisation plans and the continued growth of the FM division.

Essential

• 5+ years’ FM or building services experience, including contract management.
• Experience managing multi-site maintenance and meeting SLAs/KPIs.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and Irish health and safety requirements.
• Strong subcontractor, budget and cost management skills.
• Experience using CAFM systems.
• Full clean driving licence, flexibility to travel and eligibility to work in Ireland.

Desirable

• Relevant third-level qualification.
• Experience across commercial, residential, healthcare or public-sector facilities.
• Safe Pass or health and safety qualifications.
• Contract mobilisation experience or a relevant trade background.
