We are delighted to present this fantastic opportunity. Our clients are currently recruiting for an Assistant General Manager to join the team at a busy, well established gastro bar. The successful candidate will lead and oversee the bar operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient service and high-quality standards.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of bar and floor staff to provide exceptional service.

• Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Collaborate with the General Manager to create innovative beverage menus and promotions.

• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Bar Manager in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality setting.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage trends.

• Ability to manage budgets, forecast sales, and analyse performance metrics.

• Proficiency in bar management software and MS Office Suite.

• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Salary Guide: €45k – €50k DOE
