We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Outlets Manager to join the team at a prestigious 4-star property in Wexford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional to lead and oversee multiple bar outlets, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious and vibrant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of multiple bar outlets, ensuring efficient service and high-quality standards.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of bar staff to provide exceptional service.

• Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to create innovative beverage menus and promotions.

• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within a 4-star property or high-volume hospitality setting.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage trends.

• Ability to manage budgets, forecast sales, and analyse performance metrics.

• Proficiency in bar management software and MS Office Suite.

• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
