Broadline Group are looking for Full-Time Baristas throughout Dublin.

Suitable Baristas must have a minimum of six months’ relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to provide work references. We have ongoing Barista positions available across a range of hospitality and catering all throughout Dublin City and surrounding area.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months’ Barista experience in a fast-paced environment, including full coffee machine operation; Latte Art is an advantage.
• Experience in food service or catering, with excellent written and verbal English and strong customer service skills.
• Professional, well-presented and personable, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
• Ability to adapt to new environments, follow management direction and provide two working references.
• Valid permission to work in Ireland, including a valid PPS number and Right to Work documentation, with flexibility to work Monday–Friday daytime shifts.

Responsibilities

• Open and close coffee stations, ensuring they are fully prepared and ready for service.
• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent standards of customer service, presentation, cleanliness and food safety.
• Assist with hot and cold counter duties and general food service while following management direction.
• Work effectively as part of the hospitality team, remaining calm and efficient while multitasking during busy service periods.
