We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team at a busy 4-star hotel in Co. Tipperary. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to work in a dynamic environment, creating exceptional dishes for our guests.

Position: Chef de Partie
Location: Co. Waterford
Salary: €36,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Accommodation Assistance: Available for the successful candidate
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Oversee your designated section, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and organised.
• Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.
• Support junior kitchen staff, providing training and guidance where necessary.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for food and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
