About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for a luxury hotel in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and standards-driven chef to join a professional kitchen team, working with high-quality ingredients in a busy hotel environment.

Your Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your section during preparation and service
• Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
• Supporting senior chefs with mise en place, service and menu preparation
• Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and portion control
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Ensuring HACCP, hygiene and food safety standards are followed at all times
• Supporting stock rotation, kitchen organisation and daily cleaning procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
• Experience in a hotel, luxury property or high-standard kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation
• Good knowledge of HACCP and kitchen procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy service
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong teamwork skills
• Passion for food, quality ingredients and high standards
