We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Conference Manager to join the team at a prestigious 4-star property in Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional to lead and coordinate exceptional events and conferences in a luxurious and vibrant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and oversee conferences, meetings, and corporate events.

• Collaborate with clients to ensure their requirements are met with excellence.

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless event execution.

• Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Maintain high standards of service in line with the property’s reputation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in conference and event management, ideally within a 4-star property or similar setting.

• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.

• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
