Corporate Sales Executive – 4* Hotel Dublin City Centre

My Client is looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to join a successful management team. This 4* star hotel is based in the centre of Dublin city. The successful candidate will need the following requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Identify business that has been lost over the years and develop a strategy to win this business back.
• Monitor, track and maintain existing business within the hotel and ensure all data is reported to the Sales Team.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitor competitor activity in terms of pricing & yield strategies.
• Conduct telephone and face to face calls as required.
• Market research to be conducted with the corporate transient market and business groups.
• Contributing and assisting sales strategies throughout the year.
• Market research to be conducted with the corporate transient market and business groups.
• Ensure Guest Relations Team is aware of Corporate and VIP business at the hotel.

 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar role.
• Demonstrated people management experience, overseeing both direct and indirect reports.
• Proven expertise in strategic financial planning, financial modelling, and analysis.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation purposes.
• Experience in Opera or another Front Office Management system.
• Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.

Salary Guide: €30-35k
