Director of Food & Beverage – 5* Hotel Munster

Our client is recruiting for an experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join the team in this Luxury Five Star Hotel in the South of Ireland. The role will suit a creative individual with an in-depth knowledge of current industry trends and the ability to lead a team to deliverer the highest levels of Hospitality Service.

The Role will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the General Manager to oversee the operation of the Hotel
• The leadership and personal effectiveness of the department heads of The Restaurants, Bars, In Room Dining and Banqueting Operations
• Ensuring our colleagues are nurtured and challenged within their roles to ensure peak performance
• The continued development of the product and the guest service standards to ensure it is positioned as a market leader
• Maximising revenue and profitability across all areas in line with budget expectations

Successful candidates for this job will:

• Have 5 star experience within a similar role
• Demonstrate a strong leadership presence and take a proactive hands on role to support department heads and colleagues on all levels
• Be a leader who motivates and inspires teams to provide world class service
• Be fluent in spoken and written English
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment
• Previous experience working with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance)
• Have a solid financial awareness

Salary Guide: €70k
