Event Manager – Busy City Centre Hotel

We are seeking a talented and experienced Events Manager to oversee the smooth operation of events within the hotel. The role combines hospitality, entertainment management, and event coordination to provide a memorable and seamless experience for our guests. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and execute dinner and show events and live performances. 
• Manage guest bookings and inquiries efficiently.
• Monitor event progress, address issues promptly, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Lead and supervise front-of-house staff.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and a seamless dining and entertainment experience.
• Address guest concerns promptly and collect feedback to improve future events.
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with hotel management, event coordinators, and marketing teams to ensure event logistics are aligned.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality or event management.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams, ideally in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with guests, staff, and performers.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and high-quality service standards.
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure seamless integration of dining and entertainment elements.

Salary Guide: €45k
