Our client, a renowned luxury 5-star hotel in the stunning county of Wicklow, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead their exceptional team. Salary: Up to €65,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage departments, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all dining areas.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of F&B professionals, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained.
• Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for all food and beverage operations.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other key departments to develop and implement innovative menus and dining concepts.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, with attention to detail in service delivery.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimize costs and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene and quality standards.
• Create and execute F&B promotional strategies to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar senior role within a luxury 5-star or high-end hotel.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of building and developing successful teams.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
• A passion for food, wine, and hospitality with the ability to curate exceptional dining experiences.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry trends, innovation, and best practices in food and beverage operations.
