An experience Head Chef required for a fantastic Hotel in Co. Limerick. This is a lovely role for an organised and dependable experience Head Chef to lead and grow an operation with fantastic flair for creativity when delivering an extremely high standard of food & Service from the kitchen. We are looking for an organised talented Chef who would be extraordinarily strong when organising a successful team and collaborating closely with the senior team. It is a superb role which has a talented team in place and is constantly creating new concept. Great scope to be creative with the menus.

Candidate Requirements:

· Looking for Head Chef who has an excellent background in cooking to an extremely high standard of food with volume to a four-star standard.

· Experience working in a multi-site busy Hotel environment.

· Excellent eye for producing creative dishes and a great eye for food.

· Able to manage a high-volume operation and delivering an excellent standard.

· Strong management skills required.

· Able to lead from the front when running the kitchen.

· Excellent diligence while conducting his role.

· Able to bring latest food trends to this beautiful hotel.

· Strong creativity and innovation required when implementing new menu concepts.

· Strong people management skills necessary.

· Strong kitchen manager required.

· Excellent standard of food to be produce.

· Proven history in a similar role.
