My client is looking for a Head of Operations to join a successful management structure.  This property is known for its efficient and friendly team of staff. The Head of Operations will have a focus on helping grow the company to a national scale. The successful candidate will need the following requirements:

The Role Requirements:

• Help build and instill a high-performance team culture across the business.
• Lead P&L performance and KPI’s.
• Support and manage our HQ team to align and execute their strategies.
• Work closely with company directors to develop and execute growth plans for the company.
• Coordinate team events and initiatives to drive an exciting and progressive company culture.

The Candidate Requirements:

• Have 3+ years’ experience as General Manager or prior experience in a similar HQ/operational role.
• Be goal focused, organised and have excellent performance management skills.
• Show strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
• Have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency through systems/process development and optimization.

Salary Guide: €60-65k
