Hospitality Recruiter

Due to our team expansion, we are looking for a Candidate to join our successful team. This may suit a hospitality professional looking to change their career and move into a more structure working environment, Monday to Friday, working 8.30am to 5pm. We are expanding our successful hospitality recruitment team and we are looking for like-minded people to join our team. The ideal candidate must come from a strong Hospitality background minimum with experience in the Hospitality sector, ideally have worked in a senior management position either in kitchen or front of house management.

The successful candidate will work on an established desk in the permanent sector with excellent opportunity to gain experience in this role. All training provided, but a driven candidate with excellent industry knowledge would be an advantage. 

The Candidate:

• Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in the recruitment hospitality and catering sector or a senior candidate in the hospitality sector.
• Strong people skills are essential.
• Organised and have a can-do attitude is involved when dealing with candidates and clients.
• Ambitious and looking to progress your career.
• Driven candidate who wants to build a very rewarding career.
• Ability to join and the potential to grow the team.
• Understanding of current market trends in sector.
• The ideal candidate for this role will have an excellent understanding of the current market.

The Role:

• The role involves dealing with an established list of clients when looking after their desk.
• Monday to Friday role.
• Dealing with candidates & clients on a daily basis.
