Hotel Reservations Executive Full Time

We are currently seeking a Hotel Reservation Executive to join the team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in Dublin West. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous hotel experience, particularly in a Receptionist or Reservations role, to further develop their career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all bookings.
• Assist guests with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service.
• Update and maintain reservation systems to reflect real-time availability and pricing.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments, ensuring guest requests and special requirements are met.
• Handle group bookings and special requests, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Process cancellations, no-shows, and amendments to bookings in line with hotel policies.
• Provide administrative support as required to the front office and sales teams.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel setting, specifically as a Receptionist or within Reservations, is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle a variety of guest needs and requests.
• Proficient in using hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• A positive and professional attitude, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
