Human Resource Manager Full Time

Human Resources Manager | multi-site | Full-Time | Permanent

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR compliance and organisational support while working closely with senior leadership across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Manager will lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process across multiple locations.
• HR Manager will provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management.
• HR Manager will ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation, company policies and HR best practice.
• HR Manager will oversee performance management, employee appraisals, succession planning and development initiatives.
• HR Manager will coordinate learning and development programmes, ensuring mandatory training and compliance requirements are completed.
• HR Manager will maintain accurate HR records, contracts of employment and right-to-work documentation.
• HR Manager will work closely with payroll to ensure employee records, annual leave and absence information is accurate.
• HR Manager will develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across all business locations.
• HR Manager will produce HR reports and monitor key performance indicators including staff turnover, recruitment activity, absence levels and training compliance.
• HR Manager will build strong relationships with managers, providing coaching and support to drive employee engagement and organisational performance.
• HR Manager will support organisational growth, change management projects and the mobilisation of new business locations where required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a Human Resources Manager role within a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Proven experience managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience developing HR policies, procedures and performance management systems.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems.
• HR qualification or CIPD accreditation is desirable.
• Experience within hospitality, catering, retail or facilities management would be an advantage.
