Broadline Group is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our Office & Secretarial recruitment team based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Recruiter who enjoys building strong client relationships, developing new business and matching high-quality candidates with office-based and professional support roles.

The successful Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of office, administration, secretarial and professional support positions, while developing strong relationships with both existing and new clients.

This is a full-time, permanent position working onsite Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a busy Office & Secretarial recruitment desk
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial job brief through to successful placement
• Source, screen and interview candidates across a range of office and professional support positions
• Build and maintain a strong network of high-quality candidates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
• Take detailed job briefs and provide clients with advice on candidate availability and market conditions
• Prepare and present suitable candidate shortlists to clients
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and placements
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases and other sourcing methods to identify suitable candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate, client, vacancy and activity records within the CRM
• Develop an understanding of individual client businesses, culture and recruitment requirements
• Work closely with the wider recruitment team to maximise opportunities across the business
• Achieve agreed recruitment, activity and business development targets

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Recruiter is highly desirable
• Experience recruiting within Office & Secretarial, Administration or Professional Support would be an advantage
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confident dealing with candidates, hiring managers and senior decision-makers
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Commercially focused with the ability to identify new recruitment opportunities
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, job boards and recruitment sourcing tools
• Professional, proactive and results-driven approach
