Role: Packhouse Team Lead

Location: North Dublin County

Salary: 35k +

Here at Broadline Recruiters, we are seeking an experienced and professional Warehouse/ Packhouse Team Lead for a full-time permanent position. This role, based North County Dublin, is Monday to Friday with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Role Requirements:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations within warehouse.
• Lead by example with hands-on involvement in core warehouse duties.
• Monitor team performance, provide support, and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate workloads and assign tasks to team members to meet operational targets.
• Train new starters and support the ongoing development of team members.
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management, including regular stock takes and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a warehouse or Packhouse centre environment is essential.
• Own transport is required.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a team in a similar setting.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Competent with basic IT systems, warehouse scanners, and stock control systems.
• Good level of physical fitness and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
• Forklift / counterbalance certificates highly desirable.
