Restaurant Manager – With Accommodation Full Time

Our Client is currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a busy 5* Hotel in Kerry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of all restaurant operations and will effectively lead the F&B team.

Accommodation is provided as part of this role.

Requirements

• Experience in managing a busy 5* Hotel Restaurant.
• Candidates need experience managing to the highest standards of guests service
• Must display effective leadership and team management / development abilities
• Reliable, committed, motivated and above all professional person required
• A positive attitude, a “can do” approach, friendly and outgoing personality
• Restaurant/Assistant Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and coordinating all Food service activities of the Restaurant.
• Lead and guide the team as required during service periods.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail
• Observe all shift and opening / closing procedures adhering to all Company guidelines

Salary Guide : €40-45k
