About the Hotel:

We are recruiting for a well-established, branded 4* hotel situated in the heart of Dublin City Centre. This hotel is part of a respected and expanding hotel group with exciting opportunities for growth and career development. With a focus on exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and maximize sales efforts for the hotel, focusing on both new business development and existing accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and hotel occupancy goals.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate, leisure, and group bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote the hotel’s offerings and brand.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the hotel stays competitive.
• Regularly report sales performance and pipeline status to the senior management team.
• Lead sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the hospitality industry, ideally within a branded hotel.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales and revenue management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
• A strong passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
