As Sales Events Manager at this 5-star hotel, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that drive revenue and enhance the hotel’s reputation.

The Role Requirements:

• Develop and oversee a variety of events, such as weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings, ensuring they meet the hotel’s standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional experiences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing strategies and promotional materials to attract new clients.
• Oversee events on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly, addressing any issues that arise.
• Analyse event performance and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

The Candidates Requirements:

• Exceptional ability to manage multiple events and details simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills for negotiating with clients and coordinating with teams.
• Knowledge of sales techniques to effectively promote the hotel’s event offerings.
• Quick-thinking and adaptable in resolving challenges during events.

Salary Guide: €40K Plus
