Broadline Recruiters are very proud to be partnering up with an award winning food Production Company based in Dublin 11 where sandwiches, wraps and salads are made/produced.

We are currently looking for experienced senior operatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a background in food production / food environment. This position offers full time hours and permanent contract after 6 months. 

Minimum of 6 months experience is essential 

We have shifts available such as:

-Senior Operatives- day shift / morning shift                     5am/6am start

-Senior Operatives- day shift / afternoon shift                   1.30pm start 

There is no public transport available for 5am/6am shifts therefore candidates would need their own transport or live locally

Main Duties:

• Working as a part of the team
• Production Line Duties such as: packing, labelling, weighting the product, assembling the product
• Recording data 
• Quality Check
• Leading the team by example
• Meeting targets
• Be dependable in coming to work, adhering to work and break schedules and meeting required quality and productivity standards
• Provide training and guidance to team members
• Support site functional initiatives to improve compliance status and operational efficiency of the site.

Requirements:

• Excellent time keeping and attendance.
• 2 work related references
• Production or food handling experience
• Able to meet targets
• Be able to work well as part of a team and also own initiative
• Able to work in chilled environment
