Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Our pharmaceutical Client in Dublin 24 is actively seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on role suitable for current warehouse managers, our industry specific supervisors who are looking to take the next step in their career. The Warehouse Manager will manage a small, but growing team, and supporting the business in daily operations.

Role Requirements:

• The Warehouse and Logistics Manager will oversee all goods in activities, stock control, goods out and deliveries.
• Lead pick and pack operations.
• Update WMS regularly, keeping accurate stock records.
• Manage damaged goods.
• Coordinate all shipments.
• Supervise the warehouse operatives and drivers.
• Manage rotas.
• Promote use of scanners.
• Manage customer collections and dispatch documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will lead by example.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Previous pharmaceutical experience is highly desirable.
• Valid counterbalance forklift license.
• Previous exposure to batch numbers and expiry dates.

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

Monday to Friday

Salary €50,000 + 12% annual bonus scheme, after probationary period

25 days paid annual leave
