Broadline Group are looking for experienced Hospital Porters to work across Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, Meath, Louth, Cavan, Monaghan, Longford, Westmeath, Offaly, Laois, Kilkenny, Carlow, Wexford, Waterford, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare, Tipperary, Galway, Mayo, Roscommon, Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal.

Suitable Hospital Porter must have one-year relevant work experience in a healthcare environment and be able to provide work references covering five years employment history. We have ongoing Hospital Porter positions in HSE units including some of the largest Healthcare settings, Hospitals and Nursing Homes throughout Ireland.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum one year experience in hospital, nursing home, or high-volume catering environment within the last five years.
• Excellent English both written and verbal with the ability to adapt to healthcare catering environments.
• Minimum of three working references covering five years of employment history.
• Candidates must hold a valid work permit to work in Ireland with no restrictions.
• Candidates should have a positive and committed approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients, equipment, medical supplies, pharmacy items, linen, waste and other hospital materials.
• Carry out general porter duties including cleaning, waste management and checking medical gas supplies.
• Maintain high standards of patient care while following hospital policies and confidentiality procedures.
• Comply with all Health & Safety and infection prevention guidelines.
• Work efficiently as part of the healthcare team while managing multiple tasks in a busy hospital environment.
