About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Dublin South. This is an excellent opportunity for a standards-driven hospitality professional to lead the day-to-day food and beverage operation, support strong service delivery and drive team performance across a quality hotel environment.

Your Responsibilities
As Food and Beverage Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily food and beverage operations across restaurant, bar and events areas
• Leading, training and motivating the food and beverage team
• Maintaining excellent guest service, presentation and operational standards
• Supporting rosters, labour control, stock management and ordering
• Working closely with the kitchen, events and senior hotel management teams
• Handling guest feedback professionally and ensuring strong service recovery
• Supporting revenue, upselling and profitability across food and beverage outlets
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP, health and safety and hotel operating procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager, Assistant F&B Manager or strong Restaurant Manager
• Experience within a 4-star hotel or quality hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Excellent food and beverage service knowledge
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs, labour and standards
• Professional, hands-on and guest-focused approach
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy hotel service periods

Salary & Benefits
