About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Proactive Sales Manager for a luxury hotel in Dublin South. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially focused hotel sales professional with strong business development, account management and local market knowledge.

The successful candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving revenue across corporate, leisure, group, events and MICE segments.

Your Responsibilities
As Proactive Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Driving new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, group and MICE markets
• Managing and developing key client accounts to maximise revenue
• Conducting sales calls, client meetings, site visits and networking activity
• Building strong relationships with local businesses, agents and corporate clients
• Working closely with revenue, reservations, events and senior hotel management
• Preparing proposals, sales reports and commercial updates
• Supporting hotel sales strategy, promotions and market activity
• Achieving agreed sales targets and supporting overall hotel performance

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Proactive Sales Manager, Sales Manager or Business Development Manager
• Experience within a luxury hotel, 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of corporate, leisure, group and MICE sales
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Commercially focused with a proven ability to deliver sales results
• Strong knowledge of the Dublin hotel market is an advantage
• Professional, polished and confident when dealing with clients
