About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Banqueting Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and standards-driven hospitality professional to manage weddings, conferences, private dining and large-scale events within a quality hotel environment.

Your Responsibilities
As Banqueting Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily banqueting, wedding, conference and event operations
• Leading, training and motivating the banqueting team
• Ensuring all event spaces are set up and delivered to a high standard
• Liaising with clients, kitchen, sales, events and senior hotel management teams
• Managing rosters, service standards, stock control and event requirements
• Overseeing service delivery for weddings, corporate events and private functions
• Handling guest and client feedback professionally and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hotel operating procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Banqueting Manager, Conference & Banqueting Manager or strong C&B Supervisor
• Experience in a 4-star hotel, luxury venue or high-volume events environment
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events
• Strong guest service standards and professional presentation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy event periods
• Hands-on, standards-driven and calm under pressure

Salary & Benefits

• Salary guide of €40,000–€45,000
