About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a luxury hotel in Kilkenny. This is an excellent opportunity for a standards-driven hospitality professional to lead a high-quality food and beverage operation across a luxury hotel environment.

The successful candidate will have strong hotel F&B experience, excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive service standards, team performance and commercial results across restaurant, bar, events and guest service areas.

Your Responsibilities
As Food and Beverage Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily food and beverage operations across restaurant, bar and event areas
• Leading, training and motivating the food and beverage team
• Maintaining luxury service standards across all guest-facing F&B outlets
• Supporting rosters, labour control, stock management and ordering
• Driving revenue, upselling, guest satisfaction and operational consistency
• Working closely with the kitchen, events and senior hotel management teams
• Handling guest feedback professionally and ensuring strong service recovery
• Ensuring health, safety, HACCP and hotel procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager, Assistant F&B Manager or senior Restaurant Manager
• Experience within a luxury hotel, 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Excellent food and beverage service knowledge
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs, labour and standards
• Professional, polished and highly guest-focused approach
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy hotel service periods
