Broadline Group is currently seeking an experienced and driven Construction Recruitment Manager to join our growing team based in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious recruitment professional who has a strong background within the construction sector and is looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a construction recruitment desk
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the construction sector
• Source, screen and manage high-quality candidates
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts
• Coordinate interviews, placements and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate records and activity through internal CRM systems
• Work closely with management to achieve team and business targets

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience within the construction sector is essential
• Strong understanding of the Irish construction market
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a busy desk and work in a target-driven environment
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Professional and proactive approach to recruitment
