Broadline Group is currently seeking an experienced and commercially focused Recruiter to join our specialist recruitment team based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Recruiter who enjoys working on senior-level and professional appointments and developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

The successful Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients to understand their business and hiring requirements while identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates for senior and specialist positions.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from initial client brief through to successful placement
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and senior-level candidates
• Source, identify and engage high-calibre candidates for specialist, management and executive appointments
• Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assess suitability against client requirements
• Prepare professional candidate shortlists and presentations for clients
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts
• Manage candidate and client expectations throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and negotiations
• Develop a strong network of professionals within relevant markets and sectors
• Use LinkedIn, internal databases and other sourcing methods to identify suitable talent
• Maintain accurate candidate, client and vacancy information within the CRM
• Provide regular market insight and recruitment advice to clients and candidates
• Work closely with the wider recruitment and management teams to achieve individual and business objectives
• Represent the business professionally at all stages of the recruitment process

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Recruiter within permanent, professional or executive recruitment
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong business development and client relationship management experience
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage senior and specialist candidates
• Excellent communication, interviewing and negotiation skills
• Confident dealing with senior-level candidates and decision-makers
• Commercially focused with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and professional presentation
• Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn and recruitment sourcing tools
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach
