Accounts Assistant Limerick 

Broadline Recruiters are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team. The Accounts Assistant runs the day-to-day transactional finance of the business: supplier and subcontractor
payables, Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT), sales invoicing and credit control, and payroll processing. The
Company Accountant reviews and controls this work; you will be the person who makes sure it is done
correctly, on time and in line with our approval controls. Just as importantly, we want someone who is keen
to use AI and automation to work smarter, and who will help us keep finding better ways of doing things.

Role Requirements

• Process supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations.
• Manage RCT, VAT and subcontractor records.
• Raise sales invoices and manage customer payments.
• Process payroll and support Revenue submissions.
• Assist with month-end, VAT, audits and job costing.
• Maintain accurate records and improve processes using AI.

Candidate Requirements

• 2+ years’ accounts experience.

• Knowledge of RCT, VAT, Sage and Irish payroll.

• Good Excel and organisational skills.

• Able to manage deadlines and high-volume work.

• Experience with LiveCosts, job costing or AI is an advantage.

• Accurate, reliable and good communicator.

• Eligible to work in Ireland and commute to Grange, Limerick.

Salary:

€40-45K
