Cafe Manager Full Time NEW

Our client is looking for a strong café manager to join a fantastic busy café in Kilkenny.  This role is a daytime position working five over seven days.

The ideal Manager will be managing an excellent team in place. 

• Candidate requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail when carrying out the role.
• Leading a busy team working the floor.
• Very organised candidate who will be responsible for the roster.
• Reporting into the owners.
• Organising service throughout the café.
• High volume kitchen as its busy day time operation as the food is of high standard.
• Able to direct the floor team.
• Passion for high standard of food.
• Two to three years’ experience in the role
• Role Requirements:

• Working daytime role – Thurs To Monday.
• 8am To 4.30/5pm.
• Immediate start
• Busy café serving superb food.
• Accommodation provided.
• Working in all areas of the kitchen – Hot food, salads & Pastry section
• Working alongside accomplished kitchen team.
• Able to implement new processes & systems if required.
• Salary –  €35k plus.
• Accommodation required if necessary.
