About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Hotel Operations Manager for a luxury hotel in Cavan. This is an excellent opportunity for a standards-driven hospitality professional to support the smooth running of a high-quality hotel operation, leading teams across key departments and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

The successful candidate will have strong hotel operations experience, excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive service standards, team performance and operational efficiency across a luxury property.

Your Responsibilities
As Hotel Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day hotel operations across front office, food and beverage, accommodation and events
• Supporting department managers with service standards, training and team performance
• Ensuring excellent guest experience and consistent service delivery across the property
• Handling guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally
• Monitoring rosters, labour costs, operational controls and departmental performance
• Supporting revenue opportunities, upselling and commercial targets across the hotel
• Ensuring health, safety, HACCP and hotel operating procedures are followed
• Working closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hotel Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager or senior Duty Manager
• Experience within a luxury hotel, 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations across rooms, F&B and events
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage standards, costs and service delivery
• Professional, hands-on and highly guest-focused approach
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
