About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Director of Food and Beverage for a luxury hotel in South Dublin. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a highly standards-driven F&B professional with experience working to Forbes, Michelin or other recognised luxury service standards.

The successful candidate will lead all food and beverage operations across the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance and consistent delivery of luxury hotel standards.

Your Responsibilities
As Director of Food and Beverage, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the full food and beverage operation across restaurants, bars, events, banqueting and in-room dining
• Driving luxury service standards in line with Forbes, Michelin or other recognised quality frameworks
• Managing, training and developing F&B managers, supervisors and service teams
• Ensuring exceptional guest experience, service consistency and attention to detail across all outlets
• Managing budgets, forecasting, revenue targets, labour costs and profitability
• Working closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, product quality and service delivery
• Reviewing guest feedback and implementing continuous service improvements
• Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, health and safety, licensing and hotel operating standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as Director of Food and Beverage, F&B Manager or senior F&B leader within a luxury hotel
• Experience working with Forbes, Michelin or other standards-driven service bodies is highly desirable
• Strong background in luxury hotel food and beverage operations
• Proven experience managing multi-outlet F&B operations and large teams
• Excellent leadership, communication and team development skills
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue and control costs
• Professional, polished and highly standards-focused approach
• Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations and service excellence
