Operations Controller

Our client in the moving and storage industry is seeking an experienced Operations Controller to join their growing team in Dublin 24. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of a moving and storage company. The Operations manager will be responsible for managing field crews, fleet logistics and warehouse operations.

Role Requirements:

• The Operational Controller will plan, coordinate and supervise moving operations.
• Oversee warehouse and storage operations.
• Monitor job performance.
• Develop and manage daily schedules for crews, trucks and equipment.
• Recruit and train new hires.
• Manage company vehicles including maintenance and inspections.
• Resolve customer issues and claims.
• Manage operational budgets.
• Track KPI’s.
• Occasional site visits.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Operations Controller will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience leading a team.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Proven track record in budgeting, and cost control.

Salary €55k

Hours 07:00 – 16:00 / 10:00 – 19:00
