Job Purpose

The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation of the accommodation department, ensuring that bedrooms, public areas, and associated facilities are maintained to a consistently high standard of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the accommodation/housekeeping team.
Ensure bedrooms, public areas, and facilities are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
Allocate duties, monitor staff performance, and support training and development.
Manage stock, linen, cleaning supplies, and report maintenance issues promptly.
Deliver excellent guest service while ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping, accommodation, hospitality, or a similar environment.
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
