About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Financial Controller for a Luxury Resort in Kerry. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional with strong hotel accounting, reporting and leadership experience.

Your Responsibilities
As Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• The Financial Controller will manage all hotel finance, reporting and accounting functions
• The Financial Controller will prepare budgets, forecasts, management accounts and financial reports
• The Financial Controller will monitor cash flow, payroll, revenue, costs and profitability
• The Financial Controller will support senior management with commercial planning and decision-making
• The Financial Controller will ensure strong financial controls, compliance and audit preparation

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Financial Controller or senior hotel finance professional
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounts, payroll, revenue and cost controls
• Excellent reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
• Strong leadership, communication and commercial awareness
• Experience in a 4 +star hotel or similar hospitality environment is desirable

Salary & Benefits

• Salary of €80,000–€85,000
