About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Hotel Revenue Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Dublin West. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused hotel professional with strong revenue management, pricing, distribution and market analysis experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue performance, managing pricing strategy and ensuring strong commercial results across rooms and key hotel segments.

Your Responsibilities
As Hotel Revenue Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing hotel revenue strategy, pricing and market positioning
• Monitoring demand, pick-up, competitor activity and booking trends
• Managing distribution channels, rate loading and online availability
• Working with OTAs, booking engines, channel managers and PMS systems
• Preparing forecasts, revenue reports and commercial updates
• Working closely with sales, reservations, front office and senior management
• Identifying opportunities to increase occupancy, ADR and RevPAR
• Supporting group, corporate and leisure pricing decisions

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Revenue Manager, Reservations & Revenue Manager or strong Reservations Manager
• Experience within a 4-star hotel or busy hotel environment is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of pricing, distribution, rate strategy and channel management
• Experience with hotel PMS systems, OTAs and booking platforms
• Excellent analytical, commercial and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data and reports
• Professional, organised and revenue-focused approach
