The Role

As a member of our kitchen team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality food and an excellent experience for our customers and guests.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting food to a consistently high standard.
• Working efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team.
• Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Assisting with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
• Ensuring food is stored, prepared and handled safely.
• Supporting and working collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team.
• Maintaining portion control and minimising food waste.
• Following instructions from senior chefs and kitchen management.
• For senior positions, supervising and supporting junior kitchen staff.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional kitchen experience, where applicable.

• Good attention to detail.
